GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
General construction includes building different structures which among others include commercial and office buildings, public buildings and dwellings as well as specific industrial buildings.
Nordlin as the main contractor offers high quality solutions according to the client’s needs: preparation, design, construction, interiors and guarantee service.
Nordlin Ehitus has built many of the new buildings in Tallinn’s city centre: Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, Kadrioru Business Center, Metalli Maja, Maestro Maja, Must Luik, office building at Pirita tee 102, office building at Narva mnt 7b. In addition, Nordlin has built and renovated Narva Estonian School, Tallinn Sports Hall, Agricultural Research Center, Viimsi Education and Culture Center Artium, Lasnamäe Primary School, Haapsalu Primary School, Maleva St. 18 senior house, Saku Municipality’s new building, Pärnu Raja St. 7 swimming pool and kindergarten, Mustamäe Cultural Center Kaja, ERR’s news building, Pirita Sports Center’s health sports building, Sõle Sports Complex, reconstruction of the educational building in Pärnu, L. Koidula Gymnasium, and Haapsalu Fencing Hall.
INDUSTRIAL AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING
The unique industrial and civil structures require specific knowledge as well as good cooperation with the client and municipal governments.
Completed projects in the field of industrial and civil construction worthy of special mention are the Tapa depot painting and cleaning workshop and Kärdla airport garage complex as well as the building of AS Milstrand fuel terminal.
